REG: Lyrics Remix "Farewell" - Makayla Remix

Hi All:

another look into the abyss that is known as my mind. This song was written by my and the CEO of the volunteer organization I work for. The song surrounds a time where Krystal (our CEO) and Jennette (Head of Enterprise Security) were living with me and had to leave temporarily to help one of Jennette's family members after dealing with medical issues in order to help them recover. During this time, they had called in a supposed friend by the name of Makayla Jane to help me as they know how I don't do too well being lonely. The Makayla thing totally and utterly didn't work, she wound up using me for my internet connection and not actually doing what she was originally brought into my life to help with. "The Couple" refers to Krystal and Jennette. In addition to the Makayla Jane incident, this song deals with previous trauma I suffered in a hospital while I was in their care and our ongoing struggle with Starbucks customer service hanging up on myself and other colleagues. Basically it's a sad story tied in with other struggles from my life.

what did you get from that song in specifics? meaning if you could sum up that song into one of two sentences, how would you describe it?

What I got from it was someone explaining his or her feelings about life. Although, the chorus "farewell" was strong to me because it sounded like someone was saying goodbye to life or goodbye to the what was good to them. I don't know if I am getting the right message but that is what it says to me. I bet if I take another look at it, I might get a different message.
