Nova's sad story

Description: This is a story about a young 16 year old girl named Nova. Nova is a fairy. Her life is growing seriously wrong. There are so many sad and disappointing things going on in her life and she has to live and deal with it until one day she discovers that she is a fairy. Read on to see what happened to her and what will happen.

(Its told in first person)

My parents are fighting, i lost my best friend and i am alone. I just sit in my room all day doing nothing but listen to my parents argue, make up, argue, make up all the time. A few years ago i used to have a best friend. The best friend a girl could ask for, then something happened and we fell apart. I don't remember what happened. Right now i am sitting on my bed, pencil in hand and paper in front of me writing a sad poem. I wrote:

I loved the way my best friend laughed with me and understand me, she completed and complemented my life,
She was there for me and did want to stab my back with a knife
I loved her smile and how she made the gray clouds go away and the sun come out to play
She always knew the right words to say

We were so close and like a team
She left behind so many memories. I miss her when she left
But then i realized one day, i woke and found out that all this was a dream

I put the pencil down and hugged the paper and started to cry. I then decided to go for a walk with those words in my head. I could help the way i was feeling right then. I decided to sing out a song that made me feel strong.

"I got the upper hand now
And you're losing ground
You never had to fight back
Never lost the round

You see the gloves are coming off
Tell me when you've had enough

I think I'll rearrange it

You used to make my heart pound
Just the thought of you
But now you're in the background

I'm fearless ", i sand as it made me feel a little better. I sang it as it was getting dark outside. I was fearless of the dark, fearless of my own fears and i am not afraid to sing it out loud. I then remembered how my friend, Zoey, and i sang all the time and hung out a lot. It all bring back memories. I then decided to crawl up in a tree and just sit there for a while.

By the way, i made the poem up today when i was in school just thinking about my life and such and i came up with that. Would you like the next part?

I started to cry as i see my real parents right in front of me. Then they started to look at me and cry as well. "Nova, is that you?", they asked me and i stood in front of them. We came closer and then hugged like we just met cause we literally just met for the first time in since forever! We then talked about our life and i told them about my fighting adoptive parents and how my first ever friend helped me through all this. Then, they told me about what happened to the palace and we would have to do to get it back on its feet and running like a palace should. They told me how i was a princess and the only left of sparks. Then we talked about what will happen next which is i go home, tell my other parents what happened and what will happen and that i may be moving to the palace so that i wouldn't have to see them anymore and hear their arguing cause i don't want to see blood on the carpet if they started to go violence in front of me. So, i packed up and left and went through the portal, Melanie went with me. When we got there, i helped put the palace back with a little bit of magic and some magic help from my real parents. Then, i unpacked, had another small family reunion and then got ready for what was coming our way next.

What did you think about this part? This story is probably about to end cause i am having trouble figuring out what to write in the next part but we will see.
