This Isn't Him

This is one of my darker stories. It takes place in Harry's fifth year. Based on one of my dreams.

Plot: Harry is going insane, and Hermione is paranoid and afraid. Ron? He's being jealous, because he is a foul, loathsome, evil, little cockroach. Wait, this isn't a plot, oh well!

Chapter 1: The Mad Laughter In The Night

Harry Potter laughed madly in his sleep, every night, ever since the end of 4th year. So, when Neville Longbottom told him he'd like to study with him, Harry was a tad shocked. Why, you may ask? Because, everyone knew it was he who laughed in the night, making people shake uncontrollably every time they woke up.

"Sure, Nev!" Harry replied, his voice was too happy. Neville smiled nervously. He hadn't expected such a happy, non-crazed reply. He then stepped back a little as Harry reached into his bag.

Harry noticed this, however. "Neville, I don't have a knife in here! I'm getting a book for our studying!"
