USERGROUPS!
Once you register, you can then join a group! That means, once you do, you will be known as part of that group. For example, if you join Alfea Fairies, you will be a fairy on the forum. Then, your username will change the color of the group. So, if you are a fairy on the forum, your username will change to the color pink.Ranks!

HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE STAFF TEAM!
REQUIREMENTS
Make sure you have met all these standards before contacting me.
1. Must have experience with forums,(such as making one or knowing the rules) especially WFM. You must know how forums work.
2. You have no warnings and you never broke the rules.
3. Never been suspended or banned.
4. You must be active. At least once a day, or once a week. Or maybe just once every two or three days. Must be active.
5. Must have good behavior. At least be willing to help the members of this forum.
6. Must have at least 50+ posts.
7. You must be able to speak English really well.
*Note: If there are any special skills we should know about, please inform us.*
Once you qualify for being a staff member, we will do a test run that will last for at least a week. If you succeed, and you did a good job with all requirements, then you will be a full-time staff member. If you want to do the test run and become a staff member, please private message me and I will work with you. You must state what part of the staff team you would like to be. If we notice that you have been very active and that you have had good behavior since you became a member, we might just offer you an invitation to become one of us. However, you can reject it anytime you want. We won't force you to be on the team.
We are only allowing 2-3 members for each staff job.

| I am updating the ranks. So, I have made a change in the rank system. This way it will look more professional and it will stay this way for a while. It will take a couple days to make them all and make them look right so please be patient with me. Hope you all will like the new ranks I am making. I am debating on whether to make the charmix wings or keep the symbols. But I will come to a decision soon.  There will be a few more changes along the way as well. Hope you enjoy them. | |
